Highflyers It is a program designed to promote the growth of talents with greater professional maturity (5 years) and designed to prepare professionals capable of assuming relevant positions within the company.
During the program, participants are exposed to high-impact strategic projects, are accompanied by professionals with international experience, and have opportunities for national and international mobility.
Participants come from MBA or Executive Master studies in their areas and join for a period of two years divided into a stay at HQ and an international stay.
They have constant monitoring to adapt the resources they need for their learning.
