TalentLab focuses on high-potential young people in the early stages of their careers.
This program combines on-the-job learning, interaction with industry professionals, and training through our learning platforms..
The participants mainly come from Bachelor's or Master's degrees of a scientific or business nature..
The incorporation of candidates is done for a period of 6–12 months via internship contract. After this period, the manager makes a recommendation to join..
The participants of the program have a quarterly follow-up in which both the opinions of the participant and the manager are valued.

Talent MBA

Boosting growth

Talent MBA is a program designed to develop high-potential professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience, preparing them to take on key roles within the company.
Throughout the program, participants work on high-impact strategic projects, receive guidance from professionals with international experience, and gain access to both national and international mobility opportunities.
Participants join the program after completing an MBA or Executive Master's degree in their respective fields and spend two years gaining hands-on experience and developing a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
The program includes continuous monitoring and support to ensure that participants have the resources they need throughout their learning and professional development journey.
